So this is kind of a quirky alternative rock demo that will let things like piano and acoustic guitar drive the songs as well as electric guitar and bass. Kind of like a lighter version of Blind Melon without “No Rain.” If you kind of remember the “other” Seattle sound that various non-grunge bands from the Pacific Northwest and BC Canada were doing in the early 90s, then you have a picture of what this demo sounds like. I kind of like it for the quirkiness of the music, but I remember some people wanted bands like this to either grunge out or go full college rock back in the day.

  1. I saw these guys play at Sonfest (?) in the early 90s and bought the tape. Lost it over the years. Would love to hear this again!
