This one starts off sounding like an acoustic Sixpence None the Richer on the first song. This is a live recording, and they did a good job capturing the live airy sound. This band, or members of this band, went on to change names to The Mercy Bell and gain a bit more recognition. There is really nothing about this tape online anywhere. I’m not even sure when this tape was released, but their second release (on CD) Bite was released in 1995. So this one had to be at least 1994 or earlier (I would guess). “Let It Ride” and “Please” were re-recorded for Bite, while “All We Can Do” was re-recorded for 1996’s Whoosh (which was released in 1997 as The Mercy Bell).
