This started off and I felt like I needed to check the date. 1992? Really? It sounds more like 70s hard rock – almost like The Doors meets a slightly heavier Foreigner. The next songs brings in a blues rock influence. It seems that they kind of have a classic rock influenced hard rock sound that never quite hits metal, but never chills out to middle of the road rock. “Come Let Us Reason” has some nice classic-rock inspired layered vocals, with some blazing guitar solos, a classic rock bedrock, and… a fiddle in the background? But it all works somehow. I’m just not totally sure what crowd they were playing for at times. Their last song does probably cross the line into metal… but with (non-ska) horns.
