1. Water

It seems like the Scene and Unseen Music Club has been cranking out the rare stuff recently, so it might take me a while to get caught up. There are a few I want to get to right away – including this early single from The Altered, who went on to sign with Curb Records to release Yours Truly in 1997. This song is not on that CD (I don’t think), but it could fit on there. It’s mid-90s alternative rock, with a slight bit of dream pop and emo in it. The exact year of release is unknown, but it is assumed to have been out in 1996 – probably as a cassette to get shows.
