This was another tape I chose to try out based on the cover – it kind of has an artsy noir vibe to it. But the reality is they are kind of rock band somewhere in the arena of White Heart, JAG, and Liaison. The second song is a Larry Norman cover in case you were wondering about that. There are also several ballads and pop songs on this tape as well, so it’s generally a pop rock album. Since this is called the “rough mix,” I wonder if a better mix was ever released? I haven’t heard of any other releases by this band, so I can’t be sure.
