I noticed on the Scene and Unseen Music Archive that this band had put their music up for download. This album was released on tape – and it comes with the warning that the band should have known better. I am not sure what exactly that is referring to, but this is a recording of a very new band that needed to tighten up their writing a bit. But its pop punk, and it is okay for it to be sloppy. It sounds to me like one of many bands inspired by MxPx and the whole early Tooth & Nail pop punk scene – so if that is your jam, here is some more tunes to check out. After this, they released A Modern Day Version of Love in 1999. There is also an unreleased ep on BandCamp as well.
