Not much information about this tape out there, and the recording really doesn’t date it that well either. It could be 80s or 90s, but I would lean towards 80s. The first track is a hard rock track that pretty much crosses the line into metal quite often. The rest of the songs are not metal. The second track is a mix between mournful ballad and Southern rock. The third songs is a more upbeat Southern rock song. And then the tape ends with a ballad. I wouldn’t really label them as a metal band despite the first track – they spend most of the time in a rock / Southern rock style.

(I forgot to point out that this is probably not the progressive rock band from Iowa that put out CDs like Pursuit (1995) and Quest (2005).)
