You never really know what these no cover demos with one guy listed will be like. Cheesy attempt to rock by a dude with a cheap Casio? Not really the case here. I don’t know if Law did all of the instruments himself or had a band behind him – but he or they pulled off a credible metal song for the first track. I didn’t expect to hear that at all. Then they jump into a metal ballad – I would have gone for a more melodic rock track for the second one , but ballads were what got you airplay. But they bring the metal back for the last two songs, so it ends on high note.
