This is the more industrial metal side of Paragon Null before they went more techno ambient trance for their Clockwork Flux EP later the same year. The first track is a bit more subdued with primarily bass and keyboards, but the loud guitars kick in for the second track and continue for all of side 2. Vocals are often distorted and almost death metal-like whisper/shouts in places. “Ashen” and “@trophy” were both included as remixed versions for the follow-up ep.
