This one was a bit of a mystery – never heard of them, and the band photo and tape layout didn’t really seem to give any hints. Are they alternative? Metal? Polka? Seems they are a hard rock-ish band that borders on rock and metal occasionally. Think a heavier, more driving White Heart, or a more commercial version of AC/DC (with smoother vocals). Something like this would have probably fit in the early 80s, but by 1989 it was more glam, sleaze, and blues that ruled this space. But since I don’t really care about dates all that much, I just enjoy the tight songwriting and musicianship. This could have easily made it in the space occupied by Petra, JAG, and White Heart at the time this came out.
