This demo is another of those “metal or rock” questions. This is listed on several websites as “melodic metal,” and there are some metal elements peppered here and there… but I would go more with “rock that leans heavily towards hard rock” for most of the album. For some reason, the quality of the transfer to tape is inconsistent. It flutters and cuts out a lot. There was no warble to the tape, and the recording quality seems good in between rough spots – so it is either a problem with the quality of the magnetic tape, or how it was transferred/dubbed onto it in the first place.
