This is Perry and the Poor Boys second tape, following their first self-titled tape. There is another tape after this one called What as well. Like their first tape, this tape also has several covers on it – they actually start the tape off with the three covers (“The Poor Boys (In Spirit) Church” is a cover of “Wipeout” with a skit intro and various scriptures read over the music from time to time). “Marleen” (longer version) and “Shame on You” (shorter version) are new versions of songs from their self-titled demo. Also, several tracks from this tape make appearances on later albums as well: “Fortune Traveler” was later re-recorded for their 1999 CD Deep Blue Sea. “It Must be Hard for God” was re-recorded for both 1991’s Poor is Better and 1992’s No Fear in Love. “The Picture of Laura” was also re-recorded for No Fear in Love. “Will I Wait for You” made it onto 1996’s Saturn Light and 2003’s Unknown.
