I noticed that this band has a bass player named Mike Link, which I am assuming is the same Mike Link from Mad at the World and Rose. I can’t find a date on the tape cover, so I’m not sure where this fits in with his work with those other bands (which was mostly between 1993-1995). The sound is kind of a soulful hard rock, with a lead singer that is slightly reminiscent of Dug Pinnick of King’s X. The band overall kind of has a blues rock/biker rock feel to their music, while still being hard rock overall. But they really don’t go for a heavy metal sound – even though the guitar player can shred.
