Yes, that is a weird name – but the song titles look familiar for a reason. This is the band that Tim Bushong formed after LoveWar. And this band then evolved into The Channel Surfers. These three songs were re-recorded for their Organic Records debut Tunnelvision in 1997. These are obviously demo versions, but still great quality songs. For those that don’t know, this band took the heavy riffs and vocal harmonies of LoveWar and mixed those with rap vocals (well, outside of the sung choruses), I don’t know a lot about this stage of the band, but it sounds like it could be many, if not all, of the same members that went on to record their label debut. But my guess would be that the band changed names due to legal problems with the 1960s movie of almost the same title?
