I have been wanting to hear this one for a while. A few clips and reviews online seem to indicate they try to “out-U2” U2 themselves – which is not necessarily a bad thing. Plus the involvement of Jeff Johnson lends some credibility as well. There are a few copies available here and there (its seems to have been released on CD and cassette possibly), but more than I want to pay for a band I know nothing about. But I decided to look around for a possibly cheaper copy this week, and surprisingly someone had uploaded the entire album to YouTube a few weeks ago! And while there is a U2 influence, this is more late 80s alt-rock transitioning into early 90s indie rock. Rumbling baselines, emoting vocals, minimalist guitars, and driving drums make this one worth tracking down. Sure they are serious, but many bands have been guilty of that. As far as I know, this is their only release. The picture above is about the best image I could find of the full j-card.

Missing: Full scans of the j-card and tape.
