If Andrews’ name sounds familiar, it is probably because he was later a member of The Children (with Michal Pritzl of The Violet Burning and Michael Misiuk of Acoustic Shack / The Kreepdowns) and The Shekinah Brothers. The Children’s 1987 Darker demo was reviewed here, as well as four demos by The Shekinah Brothers. Mark Krischak was his mentor, and Andrews was a part of many of Krischak’s bands. His solo demo is a mix of alternative rock and melancholy reflective rock. He also has another demo after this one called Forgiven from 1986 that I hope to review soon as well.
