I was surprised to see that this demo didn’t get snatched up off of eBay fast – I mean, it looks to be some unreleased Lovewar demos that were recorded right before Bushong formed The Channelsurfers. So I took a chance on it, but it seems to be three early demos for Lovewar (2019) and an unreleased instrumental track. Not sure who was in the band at this point. For those that don’t know, Lovewar was a heavy groove band with vocal harmonies – kind of like King’s X, but also really different as well. This demo was basically taped on the flip side of a former church sermon tape. The other side has another band on it that does not sound like Lovewar – closer to Scapegoat. But none of these songs match what is on their demos, either. I will have to see if I can figure out who this band is.
