Yes, this is the same Dale Baker that played drums in Sixpence None the Richer when this demo was recorded. Baker’s Sixpence band mate J.J. Plasencio joins him in co-writing the second song as well. The first song is a more acoustic number, while the second one rocks out a bit more. I would generally put these tracks in the alternative rock category, not too far removed from Sixpence’s sounds, but still not really sounding like Sixpence either. Found this shared online in a forum, but it has some glitches in the transfer and no scans. If anyone can get a cleaner rip and full scans of the j-card and tape, let me know.
